At the moment, our M1 Gold model is the only product available for purchase and delivery in European regions. It has been our best-selling mop, praised by customers worldwide for its performance and reliability.
We understand that many of you are also eager to get your hands on the M2 Turbo and related accessories. Here's the current availability update:
- M2 Turbo: This product is not yet available in Europe due to shipping and regulatory limitations. However, we’re actively working on expanding access and expect to launch in the EU market in the near future. Stay tuned!
- M1 Gold Accessories: Currently in transit and expected to be available for purchase in August to September. We will notify you via email as soon as they are available.
- M2 Turbo Accessories: These will launch in Europe alongside the M2 Turbo availability.

How does GOVX ID confirm my affiliation?
You can verify your status with a valid work email (like .mil or .gov), by uploading documents (e.g., DD214, pay stub, ID card), or using the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) for military personnel. Redact sensitive info, and documents are deleted after verification.
Will my personal information be used for other purposes?
No. Your personal information is only used for verification and is not shared with third parties or used for other purposes.
What should I do if I can't verify my identity with GOVX ID?
Do I need to pay for getting a GOVX ID?
No, the sign-up for a GOVX ID is completely free.
- Moprobo does not collect or store military or government-issued IDs. Verification is handled by GovX.
